March Monthly Briefing: Rolling Out What We’ve Built

Your inside look at how JVF is putting ideas into action.

March wasn’t just a planning month; it was a rollout month. Everything we’ve been building since January finally started moving. New updates shipped, new tools went live, new content dropped, and the early foundation for some of our biggest summer releases is already in motion.

This month was about execution, momentum, and tightening the gap between what we envision and what we deliver. We moved fast, we shipped often, and we kept our focus on the work that actually moves businesses forward.

March Focus: Execution With Purpose

February was about strengthening the foundation, but March was about using it.

We rolled out updates across our ecosystem, improved performance for dozens of client sites, expanded our content engine, and laid the groundwork for the next evolution of the JVF Platform and JVF Labs. Every move this month was strategic, and we’re building to scale.

Client Wins & Impact

Here’s a snapshot of some of the real results our clients saw in March:
• A nonprofit saw a dramatic drop in malicious traffic (over 60%) after we implemented Cloudflare Business through Project Galileo.
• Clients on our pilot Deluxe Hosting Plan reported faster load times and more consistent uptime, with some sites seeing speed improvements of up to 28%.
• A local service business saw improved lead quality after we optimized their funnel and reporting setup.
• Multiple maintenance clients benefited from our new automated checks and early‑warning systems.
• We rolled out three WordPress maintenance updates across all client sites.
• We currently support WordPress websites using the following builders:  Avada, Beaver Builder, Classic Editor, Divi, Elementor, Gutenberg, Oxygen, Site Origin, and WP Bakery.

These wins reflect our commitment to delivering real, measurable results and not just promises.

Market Insights

Here’s what’s changing and why it matters.

  • Credential‑stuffing attacks and automated bot traffic continue to rise, especially for small business websites.
  • Google’s March algorithm volatility is putting more pressure on performance and content quality.
  • AI‑generated spam is increasing, making security and content authenticity more important than ever.
  • First‑party data is becoming essential as privacy rules tighten.

We track industry trends closely so our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Agency Updates

We spent March rolling out updates that strengthen the digital infrastructure our clients depend on.

Web Technologies

  • Continued enhancements to backend systems, including CRM workflow improvements and internal automation.
  • Early rollout of new maintenance plan features launching in April.
  • Additional hardening measures were implemented across multiple client sites.
  • Began onboarding early adopters to the JVF Platform, with our alpha program expanding through April.

Hosting

  • The Deluxe Hosting Plan has been fully released, with final testing and documentation completed. It continues to outperform standard hosting setups in both speed and stability across our pilot group.
  • Security protections continue to roll out across all maintenance clients.
  • Cloudflare setup and configuration are now available for clients looking for global‑level threat protection.
  • For qualifying nonprofits, we can secure Cloudflare Business at no cost through Project Galileo.

Maintenance

  • New maintenance plan enhancements are in final review for an April release.
  • Additional automation and reporting improvements were tested with early adopters.
  • Security layers expanded in response to increased bot activity.
  • Three new WordPress maintenance updates were deployed across all client sites.

SaaS Platform

We’ve built a set of tools that quietly eliminate the biggest website headaches for small businesses before they ever become problems. Our SaaS platform gives website owners a simple, plain‑English view of their website’s health, flags issues before anything breaks, highlights what’s costing them leads or slowing things down, and turns complex data into clear, actionable steps. Instead of guessing what’s happening behind the scenes, clients finally get visibility, confidence, and control without needing to be technical. It’s becoming the backbone of how we deliver stability, clarity, and long‑term performance for every site we manage.

Our updates include

  • Continued improvements to the Website Health Check & Audit tool.
  • New automation features are being developed to streamline onboarding and reporting.
  • Early planning for additional SaaS utilities launching later this year.

Each release brings us closer to a full suite of tools designed for real‑world business needs.

Creative Content & Custom Music Services

We’re helping brands express themselves in new, memorable ways.

  • Backend improvements for faster, more reliable music delivery.
  • Early creative work on new offerings that expand our music and storytelling capabilities.

Market Like a Hotshot

Our content engine continued to grow in March.

The Hotshot ecosystem keeps expanding, and we’re only getting started!

E‑Learning Platform

We’re building a learning ecosystem that helps professionals level up their marketing and communication skills.

  • New course added: Negotiate Like a Hotshot.
  • Continued development of new courses for Learn Like a Hotshot.
  • Early planning for additional workshops and interactive learning experiences.

Publishing

We’re committed to giving business owners practical, accessible tools they can use right away.

JVF Labs

Behind‑the‑scenes innovation and early‑stage experimentation.

  • JVF Labs officially launched, with several early utilities already being tested internally across real client environments.
  • We began laying the foundation for major Labs updates coming this summer, focused on solving problems most small businesses don’t even realize are emerging yet.
  • Initial focus areas include AI-capable tools that keep data private, privacy‑first utilities, and research‑driven insights for small businesses.

We’ll share more as these experiments evolve, but trust us, the summer roadmap is huge!

JVF in Numbers

A snapshot of March at a glance:

  • 5 podcast episodes released
  • 3 new articles published
  • Multiple platform and maintenance updates deployed
  • Dozens of client sites enhanced, secured, or optimized

JVF Recommendation of the Month

A simple action you can take this month:
Review your website’s analytics for the past 90 days and identify your top‑performing pages. Remember: Small improvements to your best pages often deliver the biggest results.

Looking Ahead

We’re building fast, we’re building boldly, and we’re building strategically. April is shaping up to be a major month, with new maintenance plan enhancements, hosting updates, and the first wave of JVF Labs insights.

If you’re planning something big for April or want to explore any of the new tools we introduced, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
